Consultation fees are non-refundable. Clients may use the rescheduling options included in their booking confirmation, subject to availability.
Are the consultation prices charged in USD?
Yes. All consultation fees shown on this page are listed and charged in United States dollars.
What happens after I complete the booking?
You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details. Online consultations include Zoom meeting information, while in-office bookings include the Oakville office location.
Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?
Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically provide a refund.
Will Bluewater receive the information I enter when booking?
Yes. Your booking information is securely recorded and connected to Bluewater’s client-management system so the consultation can be prepared and managed properly.
