Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to be part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the immigration industry, with a deep understanding of immigration processes and visa services. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored immigration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the immigration services sector.
  • To ensure a point of connection is made with all potential leads that are generated by Bluewater Global.
  • Be the main Point-of-Contact for clients even after closing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing professional consultations and excellent customer service.
  • Stay current with immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate advice.
  • Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal professionals to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the immigration industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders regarding immigration services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, client interactions, and sales reporting.
  • Participate in networking events, seminars, and trade shows to promote the company’s services and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience in the immigration industry.
  • Strong understanding of immigration procedures, policies, and different visa categories.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in processing a diverse array of visa applications, including visit, study, work permits, sponsorship, permanent residency (Express Entry), and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of immigration procedures, ensuring a smooth and successful journey to their desired outcomes.

  • Manage and process applications for visit visas, study permits, work permits, family sponsorship, PR (Express Entry), and PNP.
  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to clients on various immigration pathways and requirements.
  • Stay current with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and success in application processing.
  • Review and prepare application packages, ensuring all necessary documents are included and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Liaise with government bodies and agencies regarding application statuses and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate immigration strategies.
  • Monitor application progress and provide clients with updates and guidance throughout the process.
  • Assist in the development of internal processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and other educational initiatives to stay informed and share knowledge with clients and team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the immigration industry with a focus on visa processing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, including Express Entry and PNP.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using immigration-specific software and standard office applications.
  • Certified Immigration Consultant status is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to upholding privacy and confidentiality standards.
